At Macmillan Education, I lead multi-series production operations — managing producers,
negotiating with international studios and premium licensors, and building the operational
systems that keep complex pipelines moving without bottleneck.
I came up through the craft. Before I was running productions, I was behind the camera, in the
edit lab, and building motion graphics from scratch. That hands-on foundation is what lets me
make better decisions as a production leader — I know what's realistic, what's going to cause
problems in post, and when a vendor is overselling their capabilities.
Bilingual (English/Spanish), based in Mexico City, experienced leading distributed teams across
North America, Latin America, and Europe.
